Environmental Training Fund has authorized Seagull's trainers who have become board certified to begin training the public and certifying mold workers and contractor/supervisors. These courses differ from microbial courses in that they do not deal with virus or bacteria biology.

These courses are available now in English and Spanish. These are walk-in courses. No registration required. If you are currently unemployed and your benefits have run out, free grant training and certification are available. For free grant training contact Jim Stump at: 1-800-966-9933.

16 Hour Mold Worker is: $395.00 includes the hands-on workshop. This course is the same as the 8 Hour Mold Worker which includes: History of mold, health effects, OSHA training on respirators, decontamination, and PPE. The additional day covers on the 4 protection levels and applying negative pressure to duct work in an 8 hour hands-on workshop. It is recommended as an entry-level course.
