For 17 years, Seagull Promotions, Inc. has produced the Induction Ceremonies at the International Swimming Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale. This year, Jim Stump was awarded the G. Harold Martin Award. Proceeds of the event benefit the Environmental Training Fund.
